Dilemma of Migration and Contemporary Slavery will be led by Attorney Young-Ah Park of the public interest human rights law foundation GongGam (Korea Public Interest Lawyers Group). This lecture will examine the legal and policy frameworks that shape migration in South Korea today, including the Immigration Control Act, other migration-related legislation, and the government’s Basic Plan for Immigration Policy.
